What is lucyphone you might ask? A phone maybe, or maybe how it got its name from the actual phone. Lucyphone is a service that gets rid of the call waiting for customer service. Waiting on the phone forever for customer service is a pain, all those numbers to press and oh the awful music played over and over. Not to mention to lovely reminder that yes, all the representatives are currently busy (who knew!)

All these social networks have been getting in the news lately, and mostly due to privacy issues or concerns. Just in the past few weeks we’ve heard stories from Blippy’s data slip to Facebook’s privacy issues. But from all of this hype over social networks, the real question people should be asking is “are you willing to share?”
